All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times at the moment are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 weeks

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (where applicable)

International shipping times may vary and can take longer due to customs clearance.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shalom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
